New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge across
the waters early tonight will shift E of the region later
tonight. A weak cold front will approach the coast Mon, then move
SE across the waters Mon night. The front will stall S of the
area Tue and Tue night, and then lift back N into the area Wed as
a warm front. Developing low pressure will track quickly E over
the waters Wed night while pulling a cold front S over the area.
The front will stall S of the area Thu and Thu night while
another low tracks E along the front. A stronger low will pass S
of the waters Fri and Fri night.
