Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge across the waters early tonight will shift E of the region later tonight. A weak cold front will approach the coast Mon, then move SE across the waters Mon night. The front will stall S of the area Tue and Tue night, and then lift back N into the area Wed as a warm front. Developing low pressure will track quickly E over the waters Wed night while pulling a cold front S over the area. The front will stall S of the area Thu and Thu night while another low tracks E along the front. A stronger low will pass S of the waters Fri and Fri night.
