height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...An occluded front
will move inland early tonight. A ridge will build E over the
waters behind the front, then shift inland Tue. A warm front will
approach the area Tue, then lift NE over the waters Tue night,
followed by a cold front Tue night into Wed. The associated low
center will slowly approach the Washington waters Wed night into
Thu. The low will weaken and turn S near the far W portion Thu
night into Fri. A trough will expand N along the Washington and
Oregon coasts Fri night and persist through Sat night. A high
pressure ridge will build into the outer waters Sat and Sat
night.
