.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will shift inland later today. A warm front
will lift NE over the waters tonight, as a cold front moves E
over the area tonight into Wed. The associated low center will
slowly approach the N waters Wed night, then weaken while
drifting over the area Thu into Fri. A low pressure trough will
expand N along the coast Fri night, and persist Sat and Sat
night. Another ridge will build E towards the waters Sat and Sat
night.
