.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist to
the W of the area through today. A coastal low pressure trough
will slowly strengthen today through early Wed, then will slowly
weaken Wed night. A weakening low pressure area will pass N of
the waters today. A high pressure ridge will move E over the
northern waters Wed, and then remain over the N waters Wed night
into Fri night. A low pressure will move SE towards the northern
California coast on Sat. Please be advised that the USCG remote
communications facility at Cambria is experiencing technical
difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We apologize
for any inconvenience.
