A weak cold front will slowly move SE over the N waters Mon night into Tue, then stall over the central waters Tue night. The front will then lift N as a warm front across the central and N waters Wed into Wed night as developing low pressure passes N of the area. Another cold front will move S over the N portion Wed night, and stall Thu and Thu night while another low tracks E along the front.
