High pressure will maintain dry weather today. A dry boundary
layer and daytime mixing will allow for dew points, especially to
the north of an impinging warm front (most likely to stall around
Pittsburgh metro) with better moisture, to drop this afternoon
into the low/mid 40s. Combined with highs in the upper 70s, minRH
values will fall to near 30%. An overall light gradient will hold
wind to 5-10 mph with gusts not much higher than that. Lack of
wind and an overall greenup should limit fire weather concerns.
