.DISCUSSION...
Dispersion values will be poor today, well under 20 as mixing
heights are forecasted to be less than 1000 feet. Both 20 foot and
transport winds will generally begin the day from the southeast
then clock to the south later today. High clouds will remain over
top the site and temperatures will be in the 70s.
