At 1028 AM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated
showers south of I44 and west of the Muskogee Turnpike. It was more
widespread in northcentral Oklahoma and also in southcentral
Oklahoma. Movement was to the southeast at around 25 mph. Radar
estimated precipitation amounts were less than a tenth of an inch
last hour. The rain developed or moved into the area during the last
hour The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and into this
afternoon, partly sunny, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 63 to 74 degrees and east winds 5 to 10 mph.
