.DISCUSSION...Gusty north winds up to 40 mph will continue this
morning in the lower Colorado River Valley before starting to
relax this afternoon. Elsewhere, gusts will range between 20 and
30 mph. There will be a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms
in Lincoln County today. Those chances expand to include more of
the higher terrain of southern Nevada, northwest Arizona and Inyo
County Friday and Saturday. There is less than a 10 percent
chance for dry lightning in Lincoln and northern Mohave Counties
Friday and Saturday. Temperatures will rebound back to near-
average Saturday, and will continue to increase through the middle
of next week.
