highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Continued showers and isolated storms will continue until a cold
front is expected to cross the waters early Sunday morning.
Moderate to strong offshore winds will develop in the wake of this
front. Winds will begin to diminish late Sunday night into
Monday, but remain offshore through Tuesday. A brief period of
onshore winds will return until switching back to offshore with a
midweek front.
