.DISCUSSION...

Mainly dry conditions are expected during the day Thursday. Just
an outside chance for a shower late in the day...otherwise skies
will be cloudy or mostly cloudy. The other story will be the gusty
winds from the south-southeast. Through 10am CDT they will
geberally be in the 10-15 mph range with gusts around 20 mph or
so. After 10am CDT they will steadily increase, and be sustained
in the 20-25 mph range with gusts up to 35 mph through the
afternoon.

.THURSDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Slight chance of showers in the
                    late morning and early afternoon. Chance of
                    showers and slight chance of thunderstorms late
                    in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 63.
Min humidity........60 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 13 to 22 mph. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
Eye level winds.....Southeast winds 8 to 13 mph.
LAL.................1 increasing to 2 late in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......2400 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....South 16 to 25 mph shifting to the southeast 26
                    to 28 mph in the afternoon.
