Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

Thunderstorm chances Tuesday into Wednesday. Some storms may be
strong to severe late Tuesday afternoon and evening over
northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin.

Iowa...northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota.

Low humidity levels, unseasonably warm temperatures, winds
increasing with gusts of 10 to 20 mph in open areas, and dry
fuels will lead to elevated fire weather conditions today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Thunderstorm chances Tuesday into Wednesday. Some storms may be
strong to severe late Tuesday afternoon and evening over
