This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for West Central And Southwest
Florida.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

...MARINE IMPACTS...
A cold front will shift southward across the water later this
evening and overnight. As the gradient tightens, strong northeast
winds will ensue. Cautionary to advisory conditions will spread
southward through the night, eventually impacting Tampa Bay. Winds
will remain elevated into the daylight hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

...THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
Low level moisture will be on the rise over the next few days. A
strong storm system will approach and move across the region
Sunday into Monday, bringing gusty winds and increasing chances
for thunderstorms. Showers and storms will likely linger into the
first half of the week.

...MARINE IMPACTS...
Winds will remain elevated Saturday night into Sunday as strong
gradient flow continues with easterly wind surges. This will make
for hazardous boating conditions. High pressure will eventually
slip south into the region mid to late week with improving
conditions.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today.
