.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will persist across the region today and tonight, then
slowly weaken Tue and Tue night. A slow moving cold front will
approach the region from the W Tue then move through the area Tue
night into Wed night. High pressure will rebuild to the NW of the
waters Wed through Fri night, as a low pressure trough develops
along Vancouver Island.
