...Summary...
A downburst produced intermittent wind damage across eastern
Washington County in Ohio. The damage appeared to begin around
Wingett Run and extended to the Ohio River in New Matamoras.
Hundreds of trees were uprooted or snapped. Numerous powerlines
down. One barn was destroyed.

The wind damage was more widespread close to Wingett Run.
