THE WEST-SOUTHWEST PASSING OVER THE NORTHERN CNMI NEAR PAGAN AT
17N145E TO BEYOND 14N130E. UPPER-LEVEL DIVERGENCE SOUTH OF THE
UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH IS TRIGGERING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MOST OF MICRONESIA BETWEEN 2N AND 10N FROM
130E TO 146E AND BETWEEN 1N AND 10N FROM 154E TO 176E.
