.Patchy Dense Fog through 7 AM on Tuesday...

Light winds and clear skies have allowed patchy dense fog
to form across much of northern Alabama. This will persist
near and east of I-65 through daybreak on Tuesday, mainly east of a
line from Decatur to Crane Hill. Visibilities will be reduced at
times below one quarter of a mile. This should slowly improve around
daybreak, as winds pickup. Allow extra space between vehicles on area
roadways and time to stop, especially given some of the storm downed
trees and storm damage in some areas from recent storms.
