...Low Relative Humidity this Afternoon...
.DISCUSSION...High pressure will continue to keep dry conditions
in place across eastern Kentucky today and tonight. Minimum RH
values will drop into the upper teens to upper 20s this afternoon
as northeast to southeast winds remain light at less than 10 mph.
More moist conditions will occur on Sunday as RHs generally remain
in the 30-40 percent range, with values closer to 40-45 percent west
of Interstate 75. Rain will become increasingly possible Sunday night
into early week.
