This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

A few thunderstorms are possible and conditions could become
favorable for strong or briefly severe storms late tonight. The
area of concern for severe storms is generally along and north of
a line from Ainsworth and O`Neill and large hail is the severe
weather threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

Strong north to northwest winds will develop Friday into Saturday
as a potent spring storm system takes aim on western Nebraska.
Gusts over 55 mph are possible.

Heavy snow and blowing snow are likely across most of the area
Friday into Saturday. The highest amounts are expected towards
the South Dakota border, where greater than 15 inches are
possible. Blizzard conditions are expected.
