.DISCUSSION...

A persistent southerly wind and higher humidity values near
50 percent will remain in place through Wednesday.  Humidity
values will increase to near 60 percent on Thursday in advance
of a cold front.  The front will move through the area Thursday
night, and northerly winds will be in place by Friday.  Rain
chances will also be highest Thursday night into early Friday
as the front moves through.  The weekend will be largely dry
with light northerly winds and humidity values of 30 to 40
percent expected.
