Surface high pressure will move southeast across the region tonight,
bringing light winds and clear skies, along with cold temperatures.
Upper ridging will then build into the area on Sunday, bringing a
warmer air mass to the Northern Plains. A weak mid-level disturbance
and surface trough will move into the Dakotas by Monday morning, but
precipitation chances look slim.
