.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A 996 mb low over the Alaska Peninsula redevelops in the Gulf at
59N 149W at 998 mb this evening. This low stays nearly stationary
and dissipates Mon morning as its front lingers across the north
Gulf Coast. A 996 mb North Pacific low straddles the Aleutian
Chain and moves to 56N 153W at 999 mb by Mon morning.
