* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible.

* WHERE...Carroll, Jo Daviess, Stephenson, and Whiteside Counties.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
