...A line of heavy rain will impact portions of eastern Stephenson
County through 1130 PM CDT
...

At 1022 PM CDT, observations continued to indicate gusty winds ahead
of a line of showers along a line extending from near Warren to
Mount Carroll. Movement was east at 50 mph. This gusty outflow ahead
of the showers has a history of producing 40 to 50 mph gusts, much
of this being ahead of any rain.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects.

Freeport, Cedarville, Davis, Dakota, German Valley, Rock City,
Ridott, Buena Vista, Rock Grove, Oneco, Orangeville, Red Oak,
Afolkey, Scioto Mills, Winneshiek, Dakota Dornink Airport, Albertus
Airport, Stephenson  County Fairgrounds, Damascus, and Lake
Summerset.
