...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN CLINTON...NORTHWESTERN
RAY AND CALDWELL COUNTIES THROUGH 615 AM CDT...

At 544 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Lathrop, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lathrop, Hamilton, Polo, Kingston, Turney, and Elmira.

This includes Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 33 and
51.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CDT for
north central, northwestern and west central Missouri.
