Expect winds from the NW this morning to shift out of the north
this afternoon as high pressure builds over the Great Lakes.
Relative humidities will remain high through midday and then drop
sharply with afternoon mixing. Cooler temperatures will follow
tonight under clear skies and light winds. Dry weather continues
Thursday, but dispersion will be limited by weak transport winds
from the east.
