...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING NORTHWEST
THROUGH PORTIONS OF WEST-CENTRAL KENTUCKY...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to move north-
northwest across portions of western Kentucky this afternoon. Much
of the activity will remain west of Interstate 65.

Some of the stronger storms that develop will produce rainfall
amounts of a half to three quarters of an inch in a short amount
of time. In addition, pea to marble sized hail will be possible in
the strongest storms.

The heavy rainfall may produce ponding of water on area roadways
and area creeks, streams, and drainage ditches may reach bankfull.

Stay tuned to NOAA all hazards weather radio and your local media
for the latest weather information.
