.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough will develop Tuesday afternoon with gusty north winds and
steep wind-driven seas peaking late Wednesday and persisting into
Thursday night. Gales and very steep seas are possible south of
Cape Blanco Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. The
thermal trough will weaken late this week.
