.DISCUSSION...Light winds today as high pressure ridge axis slips
south across Osceola county and the burn site. The predominant
wind direction should be from the south but could be quite variable
in direction at times. Wind speeds will be around 5 mph.
The east coast sea breeze will develop and push inland but will not
reach the burn site until after 4pm when winds will turn east-southeast
with a slight increase in speed. Dispersion values will be Fair but
become Generally Good late in the day behind the sea breeze.
