.DISCUSSION...
Idaho (Zones 102 and 103): Cool temperatures will continue today as a
few isolated showers are expected this afternoon and evening. A ridge
will be sliding over the area Friday through Saturday, giving a short
period of warming and drying. Then a significant low pressure system
will settle back over the region Sunday through much of next week
causing cool and showery conditions once again.
Northwest MT (Zones 104 and 105): An exiting low pressure system will
continue widespread precipitation especially near the Continental Divide
today. A ridge will be sliding over the area Friday through Saturday,
giving a short period of warming and drying. Then a significant low
pressure system will settle back over the region Sunday through much of
next week causing cool and showery conditions once again.
West Central MT (Zones 106, 107 and 108): Cool temperatures will
continue today as scattered showers are expected throughout the day. A
ridge will be sliding over the area Friday through Saturday, giving a
short period of warming and drying. Then a significant low pressure
system will settle back over the region Sunday through much of next week
causing cool and showery conditions once again.
Southwest MT (Zones 109, 110 and 111): Cool temperatures will continue today as a
few isolated showers are expected this afternoon and evening. A ridge
will be sliding over the area Friday through Saturday, giving a short
period of warming and drying. Then a significant low pressure system
will settle back over the region Sunday through much of next week
causing cool and showery conditions once again.
