.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the southwest waters will
drift further S this morning and then meander E later today and
tonight before shifting E of the area Tue. Broad low pressure
will approach the Mid Atlantic coast Tue night and Wed, and then
will very slowly track E, passing to the S of the waters Wed
night through Fri night.
