.SYNOPSIS...High pressure to the W and NW of the area will weaken
today into Thu, and then restrengthen Thu night into Fri night. A
coastal low pressure trough will persist through Sun night,
varying in intensity each day. A weak area of high pressure will
try to build over the southern California waters Sun.
