New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure centered just S
of the southern areas early this morning will move further S of
the area today through tonight. A warm front will move E across
the waters later this afternoon through tonight. A weak cold
front will push E and SE across the waters later Sun night into
Mon. High pressure will build in behind the front Mon night and
Tue and persist into Thu night. A weak area of low pressure will
move E off the New Jersey coast Tue night and stay just S of the
area Wed and pass SE of Georges Bank Wed night.
