.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak cold front
will move E and SE across the waters today and tonight. A high
pressure ridge will build NE over the waters Mon and Mon night,
then persist into Wed night. A coastal low pressure trough will
move north along the southern Oregon coast Wed night through Thu
night.
