.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will build E into
the region tonight and Sat, and then weaken Sat night. Another
cold front will move into the N portion Sat night, then slowly
cross the remainder of the waters Sun through Mon night. Behind
this cold front, stronger high pressure will build NE over
northern California waters Tue into Wed night. Please be advised
that the USCG remote communications facility at Cambria is
experiencing technical difficulties. Technicians are aware of the
