New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front across the
waters will transition to a warm front tonight and lift N through
early Thu. The associated low pressure system will move offshore
late tonight into Thu with the cold front stalling just S of the
waters Thu night. An area of low pressure will develop along the
front, and quickly move SE of the area Thu night into Fri. Yet
another low will approach the Mid-Atlantic coast late Fri and
move offshore, remaining S of the region while moving NE through
Sat. The low will move well NE of the area by Sat night into
Sun. Weak high pressure will build in across New England Sun and
build to the coast Sun night through Mon night.
