...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of eastern Kay County
through 615 AM CDT
...

At 539 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles southeast of Blackwell, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Ponca City, Newkirk, Kildare, Chilocco, Hardy, and northwestern Kaw
Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
