Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 856 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain due to thunderstorms is moving east out of Wayne County. Some additional moderate rainfall is expected. Minor flooding may be ongoing in the advisory area due to runoff from earlier heavy rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Goldsboro, Mount Olive, Walnut Creek, Eureka, Seven Springs, Elroy, Cliffs Of The Neuse State Park, Brogden and Mar-Mac. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
