...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN NACOGDOCHES...
CENTRAL ANGELINA...SAN AUGUSTINE AND WEST CENTRAL SABINE COUNTIES
THROUGH 445 PM CDT...

At 406 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Huntington, or 9 miles east of Lufkin, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Huntington, San Augustine, Macune, Etoile, Chireno, Broaddus,
Denning, and Chinaquapin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
