...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WESTERN AND NORTHWESTERN WATERS
OF PUERTO RICO...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal Waters OF Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 625 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
moving into the coastal waters of Aguadilla, Hatillo and Arecibo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
