.DISCUSSION...A dry and mild southwesterly flow will reside across
the site today. Winds initially will be driven by slope flows,
before this southwesterly flow mixes down by early afternoon.
Exposed areas may see gusts approaching 25 mph during the
afternoon hours, while canyon bottoms remain fairly sheltered.
Relative humidity near 50 percent around sunrise will drop into
the upper teens by mid-afternoon as this southwesterly flow mixes
down drier air.

A dry cold front will push through the area early Wednesday morning
bringing gusty north winds and slightly cooler temperatures. The
airmass will remain dry behind this front, with RH values Wednesday
afternoon once again falling into the teens.
