.DISCUSSION...

Mixing heights 1600-1900ft with transport winds out of the south
at 10-15kts will yield poor dispersions at the burn site this
afternoon. MinRH is expected to remain within the 50-60% range.
Patchy fog, perhaps dense occasionally, is possible at the burn
site this morning but should erode quickly after sunrise.

Tomorrow, mixing heights and transport winds will be quite similar
yielding poor dispersions once again. MinRH is expected to see an
increase to around 60-70% in the afternoon. Morning fog may once
again be possible, though confidence is low at this time.
