much of Eastern Oklahoma.

RISK...Limited.
AREA...Areawide.
ONSET...Ongoing.

FIRE WEATHER DANGER.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...Mainly Northeast Oklahoma.
ONSET...Ongoing.

DISCUSSION...
Breezy southerly winds and existing dry conditions may promote a
limited fire weather potential in some portions of northeast OK.
The potential should diminish near sundown as RH increases.
Otherwise, expect mostly clear skies and mild conditions.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.
TUESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential.
WEDNESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
THURSDAY TO FRIDAY...Severe Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential.
SATURDAY...Severe Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential...Heavy Rain Potential.
SUNDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential...Heavy Rain Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
An active weather pattern will begin Tuesday with a slight chance
of a few thunderstorms and continued breezy conditions. As a
strong weather system favorably orients itself, the thunderstorm
chance will increase Wednesday into the weekend. Severe
thunderstorms are expected to develop at times, though the exact
timing and intensity will not be known for several more days.
Areas of heavy rainfall are also expected during this period, with
localized flooding possible wherever the heaviest rain occurs.
This is a climatologically favorable pattern for severe weather
occurring during one of the most likely times of year for severe
weather, it would be wise to pay extra attention to the forecast
during the coming few days.
