This system will also cause temperatures to cool down to around 5-10 degrees below normal. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible for northeastern Lincoln County on Friday and Saturday afternoons as this system remains overhead. Temperatures will begin warming back up tomorrow as breezy northerly winds linger across the region. This warming trend will continue through the weekend. Afternoon RH values in the lower elevations and valleys of the Mojave Desert will bottom out in the single digits through the end of the week, whereas the southern Great Basin and higher elevations of the Mojave Desert will see minimum RH values in the teens to twenties. RH values will decrease through the weekend as we continue to warm up and dry out. Note: Thunderstorms imply gusty and erratic winds.
