ELLSWORTH, NORTHERN MCPHERSON, SOUTHEASTERN RUSSELL AND SOUTHERN
SALINE COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended, so the threat for life-threatening flash
flooding has ended. However, we will replace portions of the flash
flood warning with an areal flooding warning through the rest of
tonight, as areas of flooding continue across central Kansas,
stemming from very heavy rainfall earlier this evening. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.
