...Increased Fire Weather Danger this afternoon and early evening for
Central and Eastern Virginia and most of Northeast North Carolina...

A mainly dry cold front crosses the region this morning, with dry
and windy conditions developing by afternoon. Minimum relative
humidity values are expected to range from 25 to 35 percent along
with winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Dry conditions
will continue on Friday, though winds will not be as strong as today
and temperatures will be nearly ten degrees lower.
