Tuesday through the midweek will bring a high likelihood for rain,
beginning before daybreak Tuesday in the Southwest, and later in
the afternoon across the Endless Mountains and Western Poconos
as a moisture laden storm system over the Tennessee Valley moves
slowly to the northeast.
