Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

Lingering snowmelt will continue to move into the river systems. Please
refer to the latest hydrologic and flood statements for the
latest information on river flooding.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Winds will increase out of the southwest and become breezy this
afternoon in northwestern Minnesota. This, along with low
afternoon relative humidity values and dry fuels will create
critical fire weather conditions on Sunday, with most severe
conditions near the Canadian border. Red Flag Warnings and Fire
Weather Watches are in effect.
