* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southeast Montana.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT Tuesday Night.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles. Strong winds will blow around loose items which may
  cause damage.

Winds could make travel difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. Consider delaying travel or taking an alternative route if
possible. Secure loose items that may blow around and result in
