.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist NW of the area today, as a low pressure trough remains
along the coast. The ridge will weaken late today and tonight.
Low pressure will develop W of the area Wed and Wed night, then
approach the central waters Thu. The low will move across the
central waters Thu night into Fri. A high pressure ridge will
rebuild to the W and NW of the area Fri night through Sat night,
as a low pressure trough develops along the coast.
